Evgenia studied fine art and holds a PhD in Communications, then spent more than ten years as a top marketing manager in finance and real estate development, planning everything from six-thousand-guest conferences to exceptional dinners for ten. Years living in France sharpened both a sense for concept and an uncompromising eye for taste — the instinct she now brings to every room: what it needs to say, and the best way to say it for the client.

Alex Bashura is a creative producer and stage director with more than fifteen years of experience working with events, ideas and people. He sees a project whole — from the first thought and dramaturgy to atmosphere, detail and the final impression — and joins intuition and taste with a producer’s precision. He is drawn to complex challenges, strong teams and projects with character, and values clarity, boldness and respect for people.
